We offer a 10 day return policy from the date of purchase.

• Conditions:To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  • Unused/Unworn/Unopened: Items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition. 
  • In Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. 
  • Proof of Purchase: We require a valid receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return Process:

2. 2. Return Label/Instructions: Kee] will provide  instructions on how to return the item. 
3. 3. Shipping Costs:  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
4. 4. Processing:Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the [refund/exchange/store credit]. 

Exceptions:

• Sale Items:Sale item are  excluded from the return policy.
• Gifted Items:Items purchased as gifts may be eligible for a store credit instead of a full refund. 
• Specific Products:Certain products, such as Undergarments and swimsuits may not be returned or exchanged.
• Damaged/Defective Items:If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact our customer service for assistance.
